If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, you can send us a notice as described below. We respond to valid notices in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

How to send a notice

Email Shashankwebowner@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorised to act for the copyright owner);
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
  3. the exact address (URL) of the material on our Site that you want removed or disabled, with enough detail for us to find it;
  4. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can lead to liability for damages.

What we do

When we receive a complete notice we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and let the person responsible know. We may share a copy of your notice, including your contact details, with that person.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject “Counter-notice”, including: your signature; a description of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. If the original complainant does not tell us within about ten business days that they have started court action, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances we will restrict access for users who are repeat infringers.
