These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you visit or use H5Games on Web at h5gamesonweb.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Some components are open-source or openly licensed and remain under their own licences; they are listed on our Open Source & Credits page. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

4. Advertising and third-party services

The Site is supported by advertising, which may be delivered by third parties such as Google AdSense. The Site may also load resources such as fonts from third-party services. 5. Saved progress

Some games remember your progress, such as your level, on your own device. This data is stored in your browser, may be lost if you clear your browser data or change device, and is not guaranteed to be kept.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and all games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Site’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts of that place, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country say otherwise.
